Job Description

The Sales Executive will ensure full customer satisfaction and seamless customer experience while selling new and preowned high-end automobiles; understanding and demonstrating their features and performance; finding and qualifying buyers and closing deals.


Essential Responsibilities
  • Gathering information, highlighting important features, and demonstrating vehicle operation, comparing competitive models, inspecting automobiles
  • Seeking buyers by maintaining relations with the current customers, suggesting trade-ins, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions
  • Qualifying buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and finding the perfect match for them while simultaneously building rapport and trust
  • Demonstrating automobiles to customers by presenting their characteristics, capabilities, and other features, taking test drives, and informing about warranties and services
  • Closing deals by overcoming obstacles, negotiating price, completing sales and purchase contracts, offering warranties, services, and financing and finally delivering the automobiles to the customers

Skills/Education required to perform the role
  • Outstanding communication, customer relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Great attitude and a high-energy personality
  • “Extra-mile” customer service skills and attitude
  • 3-5 years of high class automotive, or other luxury sales experience is A MUST
  • The ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Knowledge of the Ferrari brand – "If you can dream it, you can do it.” – Enzo Ferrari
